Matilda Laverne Jordan, 49, of Hobbsville died Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
She was a member of Walton’s Grove AME Zion Church, Hobbsville, and was employed as a Dialysis Technician.
Survivors include a son, Michael W. Jordan of the home; her mother, Wirenella E. Jordan of the home; a brother, Michael Jordan of Newport News, VA; and a sister, Deborah Moore of Suffolk, VA.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17 at Walton’s Grove AME Zion Church by the Rev. Littlejohn. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
