Naomi Grant Ricks of Como died Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
She was a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Como.
Survivors include three sons, Henry E. Ricks, Robert E. Ricks and John T. Ricks and a daughter, Bertha Ricks, all of Como; two sisters, Louise Hunt of Philadelphia, PA and Jean Ridley of Drewryville, VA; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 10 at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Elliot Hill officiated. Burial was in the Ricks Family Cemetery, Como.
Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, handled the arrangements.
