William J. Mitchell of Glen Allen, Va., formerly of Winton, died Saturday, May 29, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Celestine A. Mitchell; a daughter, Toni M. Manning; a son, William F. Mitchell Sr.; and six grandchildren
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3 at the First Baptist Church Winton cemetery.
