Margarite Smith Jones, 75, of Windsor died Friday, May 1, 2009.
A native of Exmore, VA, she worked as a certified nurse’s aid and was an usher and missionary for Indian Woods Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Luther Jones, Jr.; two sons, Luther Jones III of NY and Lagrant Jones of Lansdale, PA; one daughter, Stephanie Jones of Bronx, NY; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A funeral was held on Saturday, May 9 at Indian Woods Baptist Church in Windsor with Rev. Ralph D. White officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Cherry Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
