JaMaré DeVonte Pippins, seven weeks-old, of Newsome Grove Road in Ahoskie died on Monday, May 4, 2009 at his residence.
Survivors include his mother, Toineka Askew of Ahoskie and his father, John Pippins of Ahoskie; one brother, Desean Pippins of Jackson; grandmothers, Rochelle Brooks of Ahoskie and Janice Askew of Powellsville, grandfather, John Pippins Sr. of Norfolk, VA; great grandmothers, Sadie Askew of Ahoskie, Linda McDowell of Chesapeake, VA and Dorothy Strobridge of Norfolk, VA, and great grandfather, William Askew of Ahoskie.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 8 at Soul Saving Station Church in Ahoskie with Rev. Jarvis Parker officiating.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Ahoskie.
Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
