Keon Detray Thompson, 21, of Windsor died Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at Martin General Hospital, Williamston.
He was a native of Hertford County.
Survivors include his father, Keith Thompson Sr. of Conway; mother, Teresa Swain Pitt of Windsor; stepmother, Melissa Thompson of Conway; stepfather, Thomas Pitt of Windsor; brothers, Keith Thompson Jr. and Deon Thompson, both of Windsor, Dominque Thompson and Keshawn Thompson, both of Conway; a sister, Rajneesh N. Swain; grandparents, Clara L. Swain of Windsor and Sadie V. Thompson of Colerain; a great-grandmother, Lillie J. Bond of Windsor; six stepbrothers and two stepsisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 26 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor, with the Rev. Dr. J. R. Wrighton officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
