Frank L. Charity, 76, of Winton died Saturday, April 4, 2009 at his residence.
He was a native of Hyde County.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Charity of Tampa, FL; five daughters, Merida Charity of Maryland, Margaret Boadu of Durham, Philisa Charity of Raleigh and Tyesha Charity and Shelia Charity, both of Winton; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 11 at Jordan Grove Baptist Church, Winton, with the Rev. James Shearn officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, are handling the arrangements.
