Oliver Bernard “Billy” White Sr., 54, of Windsor died Sunday, March 29, 2009.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
A native of Bertie County, he retired after 30 years of service from Phillip Morris, Richmond, VA.
He is survived by two sons, Oliver B. White Jr. and Cameron White of Richmond, VA; his parents, Solomon White Jr. and Cora White of Windsor; four sisters, Pamela Hayes of Windsor, Jessica Rascoe of Windsor, Norma White of Richmond, VA and Christine Holley of Windsor; six brothers, Warren of Chester, VA, Charlie Sr. of Harrisburg, PA, Stuart Sr. of Colonial Heights, VA, Solomon III of Glen Allen, VA, Hal of Windsor and Alton Freeman of Windsor.
The funeral was held Saturday, April 4, at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church in Windsor. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
