Mattie Bazemore Walton, 92, of Monroe, formerly of Kelford, died Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Carolinas Medical Center in Monroe.
She was a native of Bertie County.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 5 at Wilder’s Funeral Home Chapel, Aulander. Burial will be in the Wilder-Cherry Family Cemetery, Aulander.
