Armecia Sessoms of Yorktown, Va. died Wednesday, March 11, 2009 in Newport News, Va.
Survivors include two sons, James Sessoms of Durham and Dr. Arnold Sessoms of Greensboro; a daughter, Judy S. Featherson of Yorktown, VA; a brother, Oliver Taylor of Ahoskie; a sister, Jessie Mae Knight of Portsmouth, VA; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 15 at Piney Wood Chapel Baptist Church, Ahoskie, with the Rev. Robert Horton officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Ahoskie.
Reynolds Funeral Home Inc., Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
