Thomas Benny Lynn Jr., 55, of Aulander died Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
A native of Franklin, VA, he was a member of Higher Ground Pentecostal Holiness Church and employed as a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Judith Parker Lynn of Aulander; his parents, Thomas B. Lynn Sr. and Dora Mae Sykes Lynn of Franklin, VA; a son, Thomas Benny Lynn III of Greenville; a stepson, Jonathan Dixon of Moyock; stepdaughters, Jennifer Perry of Gates and Sara Davidson of Askewville; a brother, Charlie Lynn of Franklin, VA; a sister, Alice of Windsor, VA; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Friday, Feb. 27 at Higher Ground Pentecostal Holiness Church, Ahoskie. Burial followed in Highland Memorial Gardens. Rev. David Bryan officiated.
