Luther Wynn Speller, 94, of Windsor died Monday, February 16, 2009 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28 at St. Francis Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is in charge of the arrangements.
