He is survived by his parents, Frank and Annie Jones Wynn of Philadelphia, PA.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 27 at Len E. Ellis Funeral Home, Philadelphia, PA. Burial will be in Shelton Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.
