Kelvin Eaton of Kelford died Friday, February 20, 2009 at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
A native of Bertie County, he was a member of Kelford First Baptist Church and was formally employed with Perdue.
Survivors include one daughter, Detrich Wilson of Suffolk, Va.; three brothers, Donnie Eaton of Windsor, John T. Eaton of Kelford and Steve L. Eaton of Gates; and two sisters, Inez Ruffin of Washington, DC and Julia Jackson of Temple Hills, MD.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 24 by Rev. Robert Wilson. Burial was in the Eaton Family Cemetery.
Hunters Funeral Home Inc., Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
