Eloise Britt, 48, of Gates died Wednesday, February 4, 2009 in Ahoskie.
A native of Suffolk, Va., she was a member of Healing Fountain Macedonia Church where she was a Missionary.
Survivors include her husband, Anthony Britt of Gates; a son, Anthony Britt Jr. of Suffolk, VA; a daughter, Sheba Brinkley of Colerain; five brothers, Walter White of Gates, Roy Branch and James Branch, both of Corapeake, Robert Branch of Chesapeake, VA and Vernon Branch of Portsmouth, VA; six sisters, Ethel Stallings and Erma White, both of Waterbury, Ct., Mary Miles and Suzette Rodgers, both of Gates, and Estelle Whitaker and Janie Ralph, both of Suffolk, VA; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9 at New Mt. Joy Church in Suffolk, Va. by Bishop Robert Branch. Burial will be in New Middle Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery.
