Maxwell Outlaw, 84, died Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Terrance Cardinal Cook Nursing Home, New York, NY.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, Jan. 24 at Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
