Amos Eley, 79, of Murfreesboro died Monday, January 19, 2009 at Guardian Care Nursing Home.
Survivors include a brother, Vernon Eley of Murfreesboro; and three sisters, Theora Eley of Murfreesboro, Naomi Gatling of Baltimore, MD and Ella Hawkins of New York.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at Parkers Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Fernando Temple Sr. officiating. Burial will be in the Eleytown Cemetery.
Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, are in charge of the arrangements.
