Ivey Ballard Lee, 83, of Pleasant Plains Road, Ahoskie, died Saturday, January 17, 2009 at her residence.
A native of Gates County, she was a member of Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Aulander.
Survivors include two sons, Leonard Earl Lee of Winton and Ersel Lee of Manhattan, NY; and three daughters, Minnie Louise Thorne of Queens, NY, Denise Williams of Ahoskie and Vanessa Valera of Elizabeth City.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23 at Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Aulander, with the Rev. Ronald Dolberry officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Aulander, is in charge of the arrangements.
