Darryl Morris, 32, of Margaretsville died Thursday, January 8, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, Greenville.
A native of Northampton County, he was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Margaretsville, and employed as a Cleaning Technician with MTD Industry.
Survivors include his children, Hope Knapper and Faith Knapper, both of Newport News, VA; his father, Roy S. Morris Sr. of Margaretsville; and brothers, Roy S. Morris Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, and Gregory Morris and Keith Morris, both of Margaretsville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Carroll Dickens officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Rich Square, is handling the arrangements.
