Mary M. Jones, 78, of Murfreesboro died Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Lee Jones Sr. of Como; a son, Robert Jones Jr. of Merry Hill; a daughter, Betty Jean Jones of Murfreesboro; a sister, Eyette Tucker of Garysburg; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3 at the Hertford County Undertakers Chapel, Winton. Burial will be at Carvers Park Cemetery.
