Donald Sylvester “Mick” Jacobs, 68, of Warrens Hill Nursing Home, Warrenton, formerly of Rich Square, died Sunday, December 28, 2008 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh.
He was a native of Northampton County.
Survivors include a son, Donald Jacobs Jr. of Roanoke Rapids; two sisters, Annie Jane Debrow and Irish Edwards, both of Rich Square; one brother, Eddie Lewis Jacobs Jr. of Rich Square; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Sunday, Jan. 4 at Wilder’s Funeral Home Chapel, Rich Square.
