Elizabeth Scott, 82, of Murfreesboro died Monday, November 24, 2008 at Guardian Care Nursing Home
She was a member of New Haven Baptist Church. She was co-owner and manager of Scott Motel in Murfreesboro.
Survivors include two sons, Calvin Scott of Murfreesboro and Thomas Scott of Rocky Mount; one daughter, Katrina Majette of Murfreesboro; one brother, Rency Eley Jr. of Ahoskie; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Services were held on Friday, Nov. 28 at New Haven Baptist Church. Burial followed in Carver Park Cemetery.
