Althea V. Love, 50, of Salvia Lane, Scotland Neck died Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Our Community Hospital, Scotland Neck.
Born in Washington, DC, she was a member of Greater Deliverance of Worship Center, Rich Square.
Love was employed as a Case Manager with Broken Vessel Company.
She is survived by her parents, Samuel T. Love Sr. and Irene Copeland Love of Scotland Neck; brothers, Brian Love of Capitol Heights, MD and Thomas Love of Clinton; and sisters, Arletta Love Osborne and Joyce Duncan, both of Upper Marlboro, MD, Leslie Tyson of Suitland, MD, and Antionette Love of Capital Heights, MD.
Visitation and viewing will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29 at Tabernacle of Greater Deliverance of Worship Center, Rich Square.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 at Galilee Baptist Church, 2252 Minnesota Ave., Washington, DC. Burial will be in Harmony Memorial Cemetery, Landover, MD.
Wilder’s Funeral Home Inc., Rich Square, is in charge of the arrangements.
