Harvey Manley

Harvey D. Manley Sr., 68, of Conway died November 1, 2008 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, NC.
He was born on April 25, 1940 to the late James and Cora Emma Scott Manley in Northampton County.
He was a member of New Vision Ministries in Murfreesboro. He was a Deacon for 30+ years. He was Sunday School Superintendent, Head of the Usher Board, Prison Ministry and attended Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship.
Survivors include two sons, Harvey Manley Jr. of Winston-Salem and Dwight Manley of Conway; two daughters, Chenetha M. Herbert of Conway and Chowaine M. Whitehead of Lunenberg, VA.; five brothers, James, Linza and John Manley all of Conway, Clarence Manley of Murfreesboro and Rommie Manley of Ahoskie; three sisters, Irene Everette of Oak City, Lucille Branch and Willie Mae Walker, both of Murfreesboro and eight grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Second Baptist Church Creeksville by Pastor Sandy Outlaw. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
