Catherine O. Tropier, a native of Windsor, died October 1, 2008 in Suffolk.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her grandchildren, Vivian and the Rev. Anthony Goodwyn, Karen Ruffin, Kevin and Roblyn Ruffin, Bettina Faison, Thomas and Brenda Ruffin; great-grandchildren, Sharon Nicole Goodwyn, Antoinette Nichols, Anthony and Ida Goodwyn, Ashonnald Ruffin, Maketa Ruffin, Shannel Shell, Siairra Young, Jonathan Ruffin, Torri Ruffin and Eva Ruffin; 10 great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
A homegoing service was conducted Saturday in Piney Grove Baptist Church, Franklin, by the Rev. Anthony Goodwyn. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Inc.
