Ernest Wright Jr., 59, a native of Hertford County, died September 23, 2008 at his residence.
Wright was a retired welder for Allied Chemical.
Survivors include his wife, Latanya Wright of Baltimore; three sons,
Justin Wright and Ernest Wright III of
Baltimore and Pierre Wright of Washington, D.C.; one daughter, Tina Wright of
Baltimore; one brother, Danny Wright of Hollysville, PA; four sisters, Arrie Whitaker and Linda Hardy, both of Winton, Gloria Russell of Washington and Juanita Hickson of Newport News, Va.; and three grandchildren.
A funeral was conducted Monday at First Baptist Church Murfreesboro by the Rev. Robert D. Richardson III. Burial will be in Carver Park Cemetery, Murfreesboro. Hunter’s Funeral Home was in charge.
