Jesse Boone Lowe, 69, a native of Northampton County, died September 18, 2008 at Wake Med, Raleigh.
Lowe was a member of the Good Samaritan Baptist Fellowship.
A funeral was conducted Monday at Good Samaritan Baptist Fellowship, Roanoke Rapids, by the Rev. Dennis Gregory. Burial was in Rich Square Cemetery. Massey Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, was in charge.
Survivors include his wife, Judy O. Lowe; two daughters, Bobbie P. Lowe and Laura A. Pittman, both of Roanoke Rapids; two sons, Jesse Boone Lowe Jr. and Stephen E. Lowe Sr., both of Gaston; four sisters, Margaret Brittenham of Ahoskie, Nellie Bryant and Thelma Elliott, both of Rich Square, Betty Bigalow of Stonesville; three brothers, Billy Lowe of Nashville, Robert Lowe of Anderson, S.C., and Cleveland Lowe of Rich Square; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
