Cheryl Smallwood Peele, 43, died September 18, 2008 at Heritage Hospital, Tarboro.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Indian Woods Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is in charge.
