Louise Knox Castelloe, 88, a native of Martin County, died September 14, 2008 at Chowan Hospital. She was the widow of Lewis Castelloe.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ross Baptist Church by the Rev. Brian Medlin. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery. Mrs. Castelloe was a member of Ross Baptist Church, a former Sunday school teacher and a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Brenda C. Todd of Windsor; a son, Lewis Castelloe of Raeford; a sister, Frances Garner of Kill Devil Hills; three brothers, William B. Knox of Portsmouth, Va., Larry Knox of Edenton and Charlie Knox of Logansport, ID; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
