Joseph Wesley Outlaw, Jr., 63, a native of North Carolina, died September 12, 2008 at his home.
Outlaw was owner and operator of Outlaw Carpet Service Inspections.
Survivors include two sisters, Lillie Marie Outlaw of Franklin, TN, and Barbara E. Outlaw of Washington.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hillcrest Cemetery, Colerain, by Dr. Phil Hayes. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home is in charge. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon- brown.com
