Windsor’s fireworks celebration, July 3

WINDSOR – From 7-9:30 p.m. pm on Sunday, July 3, come on out to the Roanoke/ Cashie River Center located on the Hwy 17 By-Pass by the Trade Mart Convenience Store for great music, food, and spectacular fireworks.
Windsor holds their celebration on the 3rd so families join other communities in their traditional firework shows on the Fourth of July.
The music will start at 7pm with the band &uot;SideKick&uot; and around 8 pm the second band &uot;On Edge&uot; will take it away until 9:30 pm.
The Bertie County YMCA will be selling concessions and the Bertie County Arts Council will have items to purchase as well.
This is an event that grows every year so come on out and help make Windsor’s firework celebration bigger than ever.
This is a non-alcoholic event and do not forget your lawn chair to sit back and listen to good music while watching the sky light up.
The fireworks will be shot off around 9 p.m. to 9:15 pm.
