SEABOARD – Constance A. Buffaloe, 95, of Seaboard died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Roanoke Salem Missionary Baptist Church, Garysburg. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
