DURHAM – Shelby Lee Todd, 72, of Durham, a native of Windsor, died Monday, November 23, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015 in the Chapel of Clements Funeral Service, Durham, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 29 in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
