WINTON – Algin Dukes, Jr., 58, of Winton, died Friday, July 4, 2014 at the Brian Center Nursing Home, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Second Baptist St. JohnChurch.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
