AHOSKIE – John Samuel Fairbanks, Jr., 61, of Arrow Road, Ahoskie, died Sunday, January 26, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 2, 2014 in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, who handled the arrangements. A private burial followed in the Bazemore Family Cemetery, Cofield.
