GREENVILLE – Bonnie Gail Peele, age 65 of Greenville, passed away November 25, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Bonnie was born November 18, 1948 in Bertie County, the daughter of the late Roy Earl Peele and Myrtle Vaughan Peele. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Roy Michael Peele.  She worked many years for the State of North Carolina as a Librarian.

Survivors include her two sisters, Gloria Peele Moore of ElmCity, and Donna Peele Tull (Harold) of Windsor; her sister-in-law, Sharon B. Peele of Greenville; her four nieces, Joanna Moore, Justa Peele, Marla Long, and Heather Wells; her two nephews, Cameron R. Moore, and John B. White; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Lewiston First Baptist Church in Lewiston, NC at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Lloyd Dunlow officiating. Burial will follow in Hoggard Cemetery in Lewiston.

The family will receive friends at Massey Funeral Home in Aulander, NC Friday, November 29, 2013 from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m.
