SUMMERVILLE, SC – Carlton Lowrance Parker, 50, of Summerville, SC, husband of Deborah Kay (Tomlinson) Parker, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013 at his residence.

A gathering of friends and family will be held at James A. Dyal Funeral Home in Summerville, SC on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 6:30-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 3 p.m. at James A. Dyal Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Odyssey Hospice, 5965 Core Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.

Carl was born on December 11, 1962 in Roanoke Rapids, NC, son of the late Robert Asa Parker and Fannye Maye Parker. He was avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.

Surviving in addition to his wife Deborah are two step sons, Steven A. Murray, Jr. (Shannon) of Ridgeville, SC and Justin Bruce Murray (Amber) of Rantowels, SC; five grandchildren, Gracie Ann Murray, Brodon Grayson Murray, Steven Alex Murray, III, Layna Kate West and Audrey Marie Murray; one sister: Leigh Ann Mann (Ray) of Murfreesboro, NC; an aunt, Annie “MeMe” Grey Drake of Lasker, NC; five nieces and nephews; and two great nieces and nephews.
