KILL DEVIL HILLS – Richard A. Davis Sr., 64, of Kill Devil Hills, the son of the late John Allen and Mildred Davis of Lewiston, and a Vietnam veteran died Saturday, October 12, 2013. Plans for a memorial service in Lewiston are pending. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. is handling the arrangements.
