WINDSOR – Elsie Gail Leggett Eubanks, 76, of South King Street, Windsor, died Saturday January 26, 2013 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
