CONWAY – Kimberly Outland Bonanno, age 43 of Conway, died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Kim was born July 4, 1969 in Halifax County. She was predeceased by her husband, Salvatore John Bonanno Jr.; and her grandparents, Alice and Mac Outland and Robert and Julia Mulder.

She is survived by her two sons, John Bonanno and Nicholas Bonanno of Conway; her mother, Betty Mulder Culver of Conway; her father, William Outland Jr. and his wife, Kay, of Roanoke Rapids; her brother, Nicholas A. Outland of Salt Lake, Utah; her sister-in-laws, Angela Bonanno-Sweeney of Colonial Heights, VA, Mary Ann Davidson of Conway and Joy Bonanno of New York; and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, January 20, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at The Bonanno Family Cemetery, HWY 158, Conway.

The family will receive friends at Massey Funeral Home in Jackson on Saturday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. and other times at the home.

In lieu of flowers, a special account has been opened in Kim’s honor to help her sons with their continued education. All gifts should be direct to State Employee’s Credit Union, John Bonanno account.
