Anne Laskin-Born and Edward Born announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Justin Matthew Laskin, to Kathleen Denise Mark. Justin is also the son of Mark Laskin of Hurley, England. Kathleen is the daughter of Patricia and Joseph Mark of St. Augustine, Florida. Maternal grandparents of the groom are the late Margaret Bazemore Callis and the late Alvin Joseph Callis of Harrellsville, NC and Portsmouth, Va.  Paternal grandparents are Lynn Laskin and the late Harold Laskin of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Maternal grandparents of the bride are the late Col. Clare W. and Dorothy E. Bunch from Orlando, Fl. Paternal grandparents are the late David E. and Ella L. Mark from Titusville, Fl. The couple met in graduate school at the University of Virginia in 2005. Justin graduated from the University of Virginia with undergraduate and master’s degrees from the School of Architecture, and he is employed as an Associate at Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects in London, England. Kathleen is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Design Construction and Planning and of the University of Virginia School of Architecture. She works in architecture at Foster & Partners in London England. An early December wedding is planned at the Cathedral-Basilica of St. Augustine, Florida.
