WINDSOR – Millie Rascoe Pugh, 76, of Windsor died Saturday, June 14, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Lewiston-Woodville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
