LEESBURG, VA – James Lee Manley, 85, of Leesburg, VA died Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Poet’s Walk-Leesburg. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson.
