CONWAY – Cynthia Lee Manley, 71, of Conway died Sunday, May 25, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at Jordan Grove Baptist Church, Winton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
