WINDSOR – Jacob Ryan, Sr., 90, of Windsor died Sunday, May 11, 2025 at ECU Health Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Ryan Family Cemetery, Windsor.
