WINDSOR – Melvin Earl Mebane, 68, of Windsor died Friday, April 25, 2025 at ECU Health Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
