WINDSOR – Samuel Louis White, 54, of Windsor died Monday, April 21, 2025 at ECU Health Bertie Memorial Hospital, Windsor. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, which is handling the arrangements.
