ELMHURST, NY – Bettie Jean Thorpe, 85, of Elmhurst, NY, formerly of Bertie County, died Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Mt. Ararat Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
