CLINTON, MD – Velma M. Guster, 73, of Clinton, MD, formerly of Hertford County, died March 27, 2025 at Complete Care at La Plata, MD. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Parker Family Cemetery, Murfreesboro.
