ROANOKE RAPIDS – Sammy D. Deloatch, 62, of Roanoke Rapids died Thursday, March 27, 2025 at ECU Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Deloatch Family Cemetery, Conway.
